The sewing machine sits idly by, waiting for your attention.
Little quilt tops eagerly await the adhesion of their backs.
Elephants anticipate the arrival of their torso and limbs.
Christmas gifts gather in the throes of construction.
Softie corpses sit forlornly in the corner.
And the pile of planned projects just continues to grow.
Do you think if I ask nice enough Santa could postpone Christmas by just 2 more weeks? I've been a very good girl this year, I'm sure I'm not on the naughty list.....well...pretty sure.

Empathising with you entirely!!! I'm on a mission to finish projects so that I can START the birthday stuff so that I can then START the Christmas stuff... I think I need more than a postponement... perhaps Santa could get us all magic wands :)
