my creative space...
Yes, I'm back in the game.
This week I have refashioning plans. Just starting small. Summer weight lounge pants from a vintage sheet for me, and pj shorties for Miss 12 from cast off t-shirts from Mr Vintage's wardrobe.

Fabulous! I love re-fashioning. Good luck :) K
Lounge pants from vintage sheets , just sounds so comfortable . If you get a sec my latest post has my $2 chenille quilt that covers my lounge in the background of the photo . I thought of you and didn't crop the photo too closely so you could see it . Take care .
Oh lounge pants look so so so comfy I need 10 or so pair right about now!!!
Great projects. I have a pile of vintage sheets waiting to be cut up too.
I need to try something like that one of these days. They'd be really comfy for a bit of sewing or lounging on the couch!
I'm liking the look of that pants pattern Selina! Hope your refashioning goes well.
The lounge pants look very promising.
Ooooh, lounge pants! You know I've been thinking that I love my chenille bedspread so much I might have to make MYSELF pants from it, not the boys. Although I've kinda missed the right season. I'll be keen to see how that pattern is...
They sound perfect for lounging! Emerging from the depths of winter, funny how quickly we start thinking about warm weather clothes.
How clever you sewing girls are. I'm a complete novice, but super-keen. I will check back to see how you go with these. Anita.xxx
Love to see how these turn out. I'm sure they'll look and feel wonderful!
That is most definitively back in the game. In a serious sort of way. You can probably tell I get a bit scared about sewing something to actually wear!
Looks exciting. I like the idea of "cozy pants," as I call them, from a sheet.
I have used sheets before to make 'new' clothes too! Its great! Suzie. xxx
Good to have you back Selina. That flu got you good. Cool idea to use an old sheet and tshirts. And if wearing lounge pants is not permission to lounge around, then something's wrong! Can't wait to see how they turn out.
The pattern and fabric for the pants is really pretty! Good luck
Selina what a fantastic idea...
you must show pics of them finished...
I have a pile of vintage sheets and never thought to make lounge pants...
clever!!!
