I'm just going to leave this picture here of the first tarte aux framboises that I had in France (Monte Carlo to be exact), and let it speak for itself.
mmm indeed! I learnt to make these last spring as there is nowhere in my town to buy them, they are great and as the strawberry season coincides with my little girls birthday I think she will have them at every birthday to come!
